"Booking was easy overall"
I found the site simple to use, and the actual booking part went smoothly without any issues. I did spend a little extra time comparing the flight options, mostly because I wanted to make sure the times and prices made sense before choosing one, but that was more me being careful than anything wrong with the site. Once I picked the flight, everything was straightforward and easy to finish.

"Changing my reservation took longer than expected"
I had to change my reservation, I think it was sometime last Tuesday or maybe the week before, and it wasn’t the smoothest process. The rep did help me get it sorted out eventually, but I was on hold longer than I expected and the fees were a little confusing. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just wish everything had been explained more clearly from the start.

"Canceling was way easier than I expected"
We had to cancel our trip at the last minute. My husband got sick, and that was that. Not exactly how we pictured the week going.
I figured it was going to be a whole thing. Long calls, confusing answers, probably me getting annoyed. But Funjet was actually really easy to deal with. The person I talked to explained what we could get back, sent over the forms, and the email updates came through without me having to keep checking in.
The refund took a little over a week. that seemed fair. I was just relieved it didn’t turn into some huge headache. I’d book with them again

I don’t know what else people expect, but they kept me updated the entire time and I never had to sit around guessing what was going on. It was straightforward and made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

The only small issue was that the transfer details were a bit unclear at first, so I ended up calling to confirm everything. Once that was sorted out, the rest of the trip went really smoothly. I’d be comfortable using Funjet again.

I did save a bit with the bundle, which was nice, but the booking process felt kind of clunky and not super clear. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience 🙂

I just had to look it over a couple times because some of it wasn’t super clear. Trip went fine, but the paperwork could be easier to read

I booked through Funjet and had to call in with a few questions, i was disappointed. The agent I got was friendly enough, but it felt like she didn’t really know what she was doing. She kept putting me on hold for basic answers, and I ended up having to repeat and explain things more than once. I did get some information eventually, but it felt like more work on my end than it should’ve been. Not the most helpful experience.

I used funjet.com on my phone while sitting at my kitchen table drinking coffee, and it was way smoother than I thought it would be. I found the trip quickly, the pages loaded without freezing, and checkout didn’t give me any weird errors or anything. I’ve had travel sites act up on mobile before, so this was a nice surprise.

"Resort was fine, but kind of all over the place"
I’m still not totally sure how I feel about this resort. Some parts were nice enough, and then other things felt a little worn or inconsistent. Like, we’d walk through one area and think, okay, this is decent, but then the room or service would make us go, hmm, maybe not. It wasn’t a bad stay, just kind of mixed overall. I wouldn’t say I regretted it, but I also wouldn’t rush to book it again.

The price breakdown was clear right from the start, and there weren’t any random surprise fees popping up at the end, which is usually what makes me nervous.
